Beyond the Moon

FIVE ... FOUR ...
THREE ... TWO ...
ONE ... LIFT OFF!

The rocket fires upward carrying astronaut John Smith into space. His mission is to test fire a new experimental warp drive rocket engine. Exactly what will happen, no one knows. Reaching his destination, the test rocket is automatically fired. The space ship lunges forward, then there's trouble! The test rocket should shut down after only ten seconds but it keeps firing. Oh, no!

The space ship accelerates to the speed of light and still faster. Moving away from the sun, he soon passes Mars and Jupiter and then, a few minutes later, passes Saturn with its rings appearing on the viewing screen. Now comes Uranus, Neptune and finally Pluto. He's now leaving our solar system and still going faster and faster towards the black emptiness.

Finally ... KLUNK ... the rocket shuts down and Smith floats from his seat and sees a bright light in his viewing screen. The ship is approaching an unidentified star. The brilliance is almost blinding! It is a sun with planets orbiting around it.

Smith maneuvers the ship and decides to land on one of the planets. Retro rockets fire and down he goes with a smooth landing on the planet Bosh. Instruments reveal the atmosphere on planet Bosh is similar to the earth's so he decides to get out and look around.

Is there life on planet Bosh? If so, what strange creatures will he encounter? What happens to astronaut Smith? There is only one way to find out! You'll have to see "Beyond the Moon."
